On one side, it offers a magnificent view of its own private frutal trees garden such as banana trees, guava tress, bugambilia trees & lime trees. Its bathroom has two large windows to appreciate the natural light and architecture of the Residence, featuring a shower/bath, big mirror at the sink area and WC.

It has a bathroom, with shower & WC. This room can also be arranged with two single beds instead of one king-size.
