Natural light becomes the home's defining element. Throughout the day it shifts across stone walls, timber surfaces, and handcrafted finishes, transforming familiar spaces with subtle variations in tone and shadow. Large openings welcome daylight while providing natural ventilation, allowing the tropical climate to become an active participant in the experience of the house rather than something to be shut out.

Materiality is approached with equal restraint. Locally sourced stone, warm woods, textured plaster, and artisanal finishes are celebrated for their inherent qualities instead of concealed beneath decoration.
